🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a corporate or financial institution.,Strong understanding of banking or financial services industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with branch operations and customer service standards.,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the financial services industry.
