📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, ensuring all public areas are tidy and presentable.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
• Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of both guests and staff.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Fluent in English, with additional knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia an advantage.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
