In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents that support our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documents, including user manuals, product guides, and technical specifications,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical documents,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines,Assist in the development and implementation of technical writing processes and tools,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall success of the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Understanding of technical products and processes,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
