Devex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve quality control issues. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of world-class infrastructure in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections and tests on construction materials, equipment, and finished products,Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures,Monitoring and maintaining quality control documentation and records,Identifying and analyzing quality control issues and recommending corrective actions,Conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards,Providing technical guidance and training to project teams on quality control and safety practices,Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project quality and safety

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC for construction and infrastructure projects,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, standards, and best practices,Proficiency in using quality control and safety inspection tools and equipment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with project management software and tools
