📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and design graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, posters, social media graphics, and website banners.,Work closely with the marketing team to understand their needs and deliver designs that align with the company's brand identity.,Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the required specifications.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to create graphics that support their initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of your work.,Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs that contribute to the company's marketing efforts.,Provide constructive feedback to team members and support their professional growth.,Maintain and organize design files and assets for easy access and reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.,Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your best work.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Creative and innovative thinking to develop unique and engaging designs.,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
