As a Junior Accountant at Sadsad Tamesis, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including but not limited to, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and assisting with tax preparations. You will work closely with our senior accountants and legal team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and legal teams, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your accounting skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the overall success of the firm by providing excellent customer service and support to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a legal or professional services firm.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
