📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team in the Bantul region, including setting sales targets and providing coaching and mentoring.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Promote the company's products and services through various marketing activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
