📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and conduct tests on materials such as concrete, steel, and soil using various laboratory equipment.
• Analyze test results and document findings accurately and comprehensively.
• Assist in maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to support project requirements and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the laboratory workspace.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff or interns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a materials testing laboratory, preferably in infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with ASTM, AASHTO, or similar international standards for materials testing.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment such as concrete testing machines, soil testing devices, and steel testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and methodically.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
