📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the mechanical design and development of products.

Ensure that all designs meet quality and performance standards.

Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.

Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Ensure that all designs are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

Lead and participate in project meetings and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development.

Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Fluency in English is a plus.
