📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate quality control activities to ensure products meet established standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and methodologies.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior QC staff to maintain high-quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and certifications.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team to achieve quality goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Understanding of industry regulations and certifications.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
