📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales promotion strategies to drive product sales and revenue growth.,Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective promotion of products.,Manage and motivate a team of sales promotion staff to achieve sales targets.,Monitor and analyze sales promotion performance to identify areas for improvement.,Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and social media posts.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales promotions.,Organize and participate in sales promotion events and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales promotions or related roles.,Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
