📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to management and other departments.,Coordinate with auditors and external accountants as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
