📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Ensure that all staff are properly trained and that they are following company policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain the hotel's budget, ensuring that all expenses are within the approved budget.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the hotel's overall performance and guest satisfaction.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary supplies and services are available when needed.,Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the hotel is in compliance with all local laws and regulations.,Develop and implement a staff training program to ensure that all staff are properly trained and knowledgeable about their roles and responsibilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
