📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve campaign goals.,Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.,Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.,Manage and optimize ad spend across various digital channels.,Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.,Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.,Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.,Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.,Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
