📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.,Support the management team in all aspects of human resources.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented and organized.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
