📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure that products meet the required standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the production process to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that materials are available when needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are aligned with overall business objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.
  • Proven track record of success in production management and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with industry software and tools, such as ERP systems, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
