📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, advertising, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and external networks.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment strategy.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven ability to source and hire top talent.
  • Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
