📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Prospect, contact, and qualify potential customers to identify sales opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.,Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales and meet company objectives.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is a plus.
