📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensuring compliance with GAAP and local accounting standards
  • Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and ensuring timely filing
  • Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support business decisions
  • Overseeing the payroll process and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees
  • Providing guidance and support to junior accountants
  • Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and local accounting standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
