📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.,Manage and supervise the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, serving, and cleanup.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff to uphold high service standards and improve their skills.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain food quality and availability.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.,Promote the restaurant's menu items and specials to enhance customer dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.,Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid ID and work permit for Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan.
