📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align learning initiatives with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members.,Report on learning program outcomes and impact to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.,Proven experience in conducting needs assessments and creating engaging training materials.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
