📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Analyze and interpret marketing data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies for digital and social media platforms.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to marketing managers and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing analytics and social media.
• Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
