📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the service team to ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.,Develop and implement service standards and procedures to enhance guest experiences.,Monitor and analyze service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Train and develop service staff to ensure they meet the required standards and exceed guest expectations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance the company's reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting.,Strong knowledge of service standards, procedures, and best practices in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant hospitality management software.,Experience with team building and conflict resolution is a plus.
