🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer operations, data management, or a related field
• Proficient in using Salesforce and SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
