📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operation of in-room minibars, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished according to guest needs.
• Monitor and manage inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Collaborate with the front office and housekeeping departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Train and supervise minibar attendants to uphold service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for food and beverage services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff alike.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for food and beverage services.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of weight.
