In this role, you'll work closely with the Accounting Manager to process invoices, reconcile bank statements, and prepare financial reports using QuickBooks and Excel. You'll also assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual financial reports using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support the Accounting Manager in financial analysis and forecasting.
• Maintain and update financial documentation and records.
• Assist in the preparation of budget reports and financial projections.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of English is a plus.
