In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support decision-making processes. You will work closely with HR managers and other stakeholders to ensure that data is presented in a clear and concise manner. Your daily tasks will involve creating various reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools. You will also be involved in data quality assurance, ensuring that the data used for reporting is accurate and reliable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making processes.
• Create and maintain various reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
• Work closely with HR managers and other stakeholders to ensure that data is presented in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct data quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of HR data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR metrics and KPIs.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support to HR teams as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR data analysis or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization).
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR data management is a plus.
