In this role, you will be responsible for creating a variety of design materials, including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, and digital content. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and you will use your creativity and technical skills to deliver designs that exceed their expectations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually stunning and impactful designs for print, digital, and social media platforms
• Work closely with our senior designers to develop creative concepts and design solutions
• Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and deliver designs that exceed their expectations
• Use industry-standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create high-quality design materials
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, and incorporate them into our projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
• Contribute to the development of our brand identity and visual style, and help to establish IMG as a leading design agency in Bali
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, and contribute your ideas and insights to our creative process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for design and a willingness to take creative risks
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
