Field Service Technician - Bali Region

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients, including hotels, resorts, and commercial establishments.
• Install, configure, and maintain equipment and systems as required.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
• Document all work performed, including maintenance schedules and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
• Proven experience in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and software, such as ServiceNow, SAP, or similar.
• Valid certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing (preferred but not required).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
