📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Craft and serve premium gelato and ice cream using high-quality ingredients and equipment.
• Decorate and present desserts in an artistic and appealing manner.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing excellent service.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Follow and uphold our shop’s policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a food service or hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices.
